Who do you work with?

Apps, games and software (mobile apps of any kind including B2B, mobile and web games, PC and console games, SaaS and software startups) and ecommerce and DTC brands that sell physical products: apparel, jewellery, beauty, home, kids and more. We are not set up for local services, agencies or media, and ordering will tell you so rather than taking your money. If you are close to the line, say so when you sign up and a person will look at it.

Do I need to write a creative brief?

No. Start with a rough idea in your own words. Our AI turns it into hooks, scripts, angles, and a full production brief for you to review and approve before production starts.

What if I do not know exactly what ad I want?

That is fine. You do not need a finished concept. Tell us what you want to communicate, share your product, or add a reference you like. The platform helps turn that into something we can produce.

Yes. Your brand and market information stay inside your workspace, so you do not need to explain the same things every time you order. The more you use Studio, the less setup your next project needs.

What types of ads can I order?

Accepted Answer

You can order Creator UGC, AI Ads, and Playable Ads. AI Ads come in two options: AI Animated, which is motion built from your product, and AIGC, which is one ad performed by three different real-looking people: the exact same script, hook and shots three times, so the person is the only thing that changes. You can choose one format or mix several in the same order.

How does Creator UGC work?

Tell us the type of creator you want. We match your brief with our vetted creator network, review the fit with our team, and give you up to 10 handpicked creators to choose from before production starts. We handle the briefing, production, payments, and delivery.

Are the ads made by AI or real people?

Both, depending on what you order. AI helps with research, hooks, scripts, and briefs across the platform. Creator UGC is filmed by real creators. AI Ads use AI production. Playables are built as interactive ads. Human review stays part of the production process where it matters.

How many ads do I get per concept?

One concept is always 3 ads, in every format. That means one main version plus 2 meaningful variations. We can change hooks, visuals, structure, product moments, and other elements so you have real creative to test, not simple caption swaps.

What is the minimum order?

It depends on the format. Creator UGC starts with 1 concept and 3 ads. AI Animated starts with 3 ads. AIGC starts with 3 ads. Playable Ads start with 3 ads.

Can I build my own package?

Yes. You can mix Creator UGC, AI Ads, Playables, concepts, creators, and available add ons to build the package that fits your testing plan.

How fast will I get my ads?

Creator UGC arrives from 7 business days after you approve the creator, which is when filming can start. AI Animated is from 5 business days after an approved brief, Playables from 7, and AIGC avatar ads from 8. Those windows are for one concept. Larger orders take longer, because each concept is produced properly rather than in parallel by the same creator, so a three creator order is not three times the wait but a ten concept order is not seven days either. Tell us your deadline when you brief and we will confirm the schedule before anything goes into production.

How does delivery change if I order several concepts or creators?

The published windows are per concept, so a bigger order takes longer than a single one. How much longer depends on how many creators are filming at once and their availability, which is why we confirm the schedule with you at briefing rather than quoting a fixed date at checkout. If you have a launch date, tell us at the start and we will tell you straight away whether it is achievable.

Are the ads fully edited?

Yes. You receive finished, branded creative ready to upload to your ad account. We do not simply send you raw creator footage.

Can I request revisions?

Yes. One revision per ad is included.

Do I own the ads?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Once delivered, the finished ads are yours to use. There is no expiry or ongoing creative licensing fee for the finished ads. Running a creator ad from the creator's own account as a Partnership or Spark ad is a separate thing, because it needs their account: that is an add-on at $390 per ad.

What sizes do the ads come in?

UGC and AI Ads are delivered in 9:16 by default. You can add 1:1 and 4:5 together, or 16:9, for $25 per ad, and you choose how many ads to resize rather than paying for all of them. Playable Ads are responsive and built to work across supported placements, so there is no ratio to add.

Where can I run the ads?

Our creative is built for major paid media platforms including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, AppLovin, and other ad networks. The exact formats available depend on the type of creative you order.

How much does it cost?

Accepted Answer

You buy concepts, and one concept is three finished ads. Creator UGC starts at $949 per creator for one concept, and gets cheaper per concept as you add more. AI Animated is $597 a concept at 15 seconds and $897 at 30. AIGC avatars are $447 a concept. Playable ads start at $1,899. Add-ons are $25 per ad for an extra aspect ratio and $390 per ad for Partnership rights. Build any combination in the calculator and the price updates as you go.

Do I pay VAT?

VAT is the only tax we add, and it depends where you are. Customers in Spain pay 21% Spanish VAT. A business elsewhere in the EU pays no VAT if you give us a valid VAT number at checkout, because reverse charge applies and you account for it at home. An EU customer without a valid number pays 21%. Outside the EU there is no VAT at all. We check the number against the EU VIES register while you are on the page, so the total you see is the total you are charged.

Is there a monthly retainer?

No. You buy the package you need when you need it. There is no monthly creative retainer required to use Scrolling Studio.

How long do I have to submit my ideas after paying?
