Terms & Data Policy

• Account data — your email and login credentials.
• Brand data you give us — your website, brand profile, brand guidelines (including uploaded documents), ad preferences, and the reference ads/links you add.
• Content you create — the concepts you submit and the hooks/scripts and other outputs generated for you.
• Usage data — basic activity needed to run and secure the service (e.g. generation counts, timestamps).

• To provide the service — analyze your brand and generate ads tailored to you.
• To improve the service — we learn from the data across our platform (including your brand data and outputs) to make our models, prompts, and results better for everyone.
• To personalize your results based on your brand, guidelines, and preferences.
• For support, security, and abuse prevention.

We never sell your personal information or your brand data to anyone, and we never share it with third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes.

To run the platform we rely on a small set of trusted infrastructure providers — for example secure cloud hosting/database and an AI model provider that powers generation. They process your data only on our behalf, strictly to deliver the service, under confidentiality obligations, and may not use your data for their own purposes. No other third party receives your data for their own use.

• You own the brand materials you upload and the ads generated for you.
• You grant Scrolling Studio a license to store and process that content for the purposes described above.
• You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time.

Data is encrypted in transit, stored in an access-controlled database with row-level security, and uploaded documents are kept in private storage restricted to our servers. Only validated document types are accepted.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. On deletion we remove your personal data, except where we must retain limited records for legal or security reasons.

• Strictly necessary (always on, no consent needed) — a login session cookie to keep you signed in, and a small stored flag that remembers your consent choices.
• Analytics & advertising (only with your consent) — Google Analytics 4 and the Meta pixel, used to measure and improve our ads. These load only after you accept via our cookie banner.
• You can reject non-essential cookies, and change your choice anytime via “Cookie preferences” in the footer. Rejecting does not affect your access to the service.

If we materially change this policy we will update the version and ask you to review it. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated policy.
